Workers in the Space Assembly and Encapsulation Facility 2 check the placement of the Mars Odyssey Orbiter as it is lowered onto the third stage of a Delta rocket below for installation. Visible above is the cone-shaped high gain antenna and the black solar array assembly. The Mars Odyssey is scheduled for launch at 11:02 a.m. EDT April 7, 2001, aboard a Delta II rocket from Launch Pad 17-A, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
